Patrick Downing is a musician and worship leader based in Raleigh, NC.
In 2009, after working for two years in public accounting, he began working fulltime as a freelance musician. Through a large network of other musicians and worship leaders located all across North Carolina he began travelling the country playing music and leading worship at festivals, camps and conferences. This has been an incredible opportunity to see all kinds of places and meet all kinds of people who have one common goal: spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.
In March of 2011, Patrick was blessed with the opportunity go on staff at Visio Dei; a church community in Raleigh NC and a church plant that he has been a part of since its launch in 2006. This is a fantastic opportunity that allows Patrick the freedom to travel and play with many other worship leaders as well as invest as much time as possible into the building up of the local church.
Patrick is getting married to his best friend Jessica in August of 2011. Jessica is a 5th grade teacher at Heritage Elementary School in Wake Forest, NC, where she was born and raised. They are both very excited!!
