Sunday – 7.29.12 – Worship Recap

Our’s is a God who is everywhere all the time. He is alive and active in the hearts of people all over the world. When Jesus told his disciples to go and make more disciples, we can be assured that God was moving in the hearts and minds of the people who they would take the gospel to.

This week we heard from one of Visio Dei’s strategic missions partners, Su Nica. Su Nica was started several years ago by a few people who have a real heart for what God is doing in the country of Nicaragua. They are doing incredible things there and are witnessing the power of the gospel to transform people’s lives. They are invested. They are in it for the long haul. They form relationships and work to meet people where they are. I know that I was incredibly encouraged hearing their stories. They are a testament to God’s faithfulness.

Give the podcast a listen.

Musically speaking, we were very minimalistic this week. And I have to be honest, these are some of my favorite weeks for too many reasons to list. The guys did an awesome job.
